Those were our costumes made for Russian WCS preliminaries. We were fencing in those, thus we look ruffled. Photo taken by ~JustMoolti after our performance.
We took 2nd place in WCS-Russia

I see this pic again, and I have a question about Deedlit cape.
The shape it's really nice, I see you use a lot of fabric on it, but all my doubts are about the inner part (how it's called that in englis, lining? the orange fabric inside). I'm having issues with the cape of one of my cosplays, some friends adviced me that the inner-bottom part shouldn't be sewed so the cape to keep a nice shape and not a baggy-look. I tried it, but it still doesn't look as I want, it's not prolix. Can you recommend me any tutorial or guide wit pictures for this? or also share your steps to make the cape? :) that would help me a lot!

That's simple, actually: i'd sew cape's top and lining on the neck-line and sides, and NOT sew it in the bottom, though there are at least 5 points on wich I sewed them togeter so thet they are not flow seperatly.

Thank you. What you say about sewing it only at some few points makes sense, my main issue is when the inner part separate from the rest of the cape, it looks strange. I'll try to add a few stitch here and there and see if that works ^^

I'm a newbie on capes haha, I hope the first one looks decent and improve in the next ones.
